When a redesign makes sense

Your business has grown up, but your website hasn’t. Maybe it was built years ago, maybe it was a rushed template, maybe it has been patched so many times nobody knows how it works anymore. People still find it — and then they leave.

A redesign keeps what’s valuable (your address on the web, your search history, the content that works) and rebuilds everything around it.

What’s included

  • A real design, not a template — built around your business, your customers and the one or two things you most want visitors to do.
  • A clearer structure — pages organized the way customers think, so they find what they need in a tap or two.
  • Phones first — designed for the small screen and scaled up, not the other way around.
  • Speed — lean code, properly sized images and nothing loading that doesn’t need to.
  • Search carried over — every old page redirected to its new home, titles and descriptions written for each page, and structured data that tells Google what you do.
  • A smooth launch — we switch over when you’ve approved everything, and check that nothing broke on the way.

How it works

We start with a free look at your current site and a short conversation about the business. You get a written quote with a fixed price. Then we design, you review, we build, you review again, and it goes live when you say it’s right.

Need people to book or request quotes? Add the booking / quote add-on to your redesign for +$200–500.

Signs it’s time

When patching isn’t enough anymore.

You apologize for it

When you hand someone your card, you hope they don’t look up the website.

It doesn’t match the business

Old services, old photos, old prices — and updating it is a project every time.

Competitors look better

Customers compare. A dated site quietly sends them to someone else.

Questions

Fair questions.

Will a redesign hurt my Google rankings?

Not if it’s done carefully, and that’s a big part of the job. We map every old page address to its new one and set up permanent redirects, so the search ranking and links you’ve already earned carry over.

Can we keep our current platform?

Sometimes. If your current platform can support a fast, well-built site, we can redesign on it. If it’s the thing holding you back, we’ll explain why and what moving would involve.

What makes a redesign cost $1,200 versus $2,500?

Mostly the number of pages, how much content needs rewriting, and any special features. You get a fixed quote inside that range before work starts.

Do you write the content?

We help. We’ll tighten what you have, write the pieces that are missing, and structure each page so it answers what customers (and search engines) are actually looking for. You approve every word.
